If you are tired of having a bad posture and don’t understand how someone as young as you, and as active as you still does not have your ideal posture, here is a little something to think about and promise, I have a video that shows you how to improve your posture in 3 minutes as long as you do it at least a couple of times a day and for more than a few days!!

WHY?

In order to explain this fairly, there is a bit of a background about health and Posture you need to know about. In simple terms, the Brain is the command center and in case of Posture, the muscles and skeletal system are the soldiers. If soldiers don’t get the command to do something, they will be out of practice.

If your lifestyle is such that the soldiers are not required to do anything, the part of the Brain that is in charge of that division start shrinking. It makes no sense to hold on to something that you don’t use and the concept of don’t use it, you lose is it is certainly applicable here.

When you sit for an extended length of time, the part of the Brain that tells your body to sit upright and against gravity does not get to practice its command. After a while, that part of the brain shrinks due to the lack of activity. If the command does not go to the muscles and skeletal system like it should, those body parts and systems won’t execute the task. This translates into collapsed posture, hunch back and a whole lot of issues like neck pain, headaches, lower back pain, etc.

This means that you may be active and go to the gym, work out on the weekends and have all the best intentions to be active but you end up with knee and shoulder pain or injury.

The cycle keeps going and the problem keeps getting worse. Unfortunately, shoulder and knee surgeries are not uncommon but the source of the problem still exists and that is why seeing bilateral knee surgeries or failed surgeries are commonly seen.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
