Studies are showing over time the importance of exercise, Brain function and growth. This first became known approximately 15 years ago and with better equipments (thanks to our Engineers!) we are able to study the brain more in detail. For instance,weight lifting has shown great impact in the brain’s ability to problem solve, multi-task and process complex thoughts.

Yoga is a great tool to practice the thought-emotion integration while Aerobic exercise, addressing BDNF, Brain-derived neurotropic Factor, promotes growth of new neurons. Combination of weight lifting and aerobic so far has provided the best benefit.
