Whether you’re looking for sheet pan recipes for a crowd or sheet pan recipes for two, this blog is for you. Recipes are my jam, and easy is the name of the game. One of the easiest ways to prep food is by using sheet pan recipes. Work smarter not harder! Keep reading for some delicious sheet pan recipes with shrimp, chicken, and lots of veggies. 

Sheet Pan Recipes with Shrimp

Shrimp is such an easy, go-to, clean protein. I cook it often in my air fryer but sometimes I go back to this favorite TBB recipe of mine along with a few other calorie friendly recipes.

Sheet Pan Roasted Garlic Shrimp with Zucchini Shrimp Sheet Pan Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 medium zucchini cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 lb. medium shrimp peeled, deveined
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Line large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Combine oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; whisk to blend. Set aside.
  4. Place zucchini on the pan. Drizzle with half of the oil mixture; mix well to coat. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp to pan; mix well.
  6. Drizzle with remaining half of oil mixture; mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until shrimp is firm and opaque, and zucchini is tender-crisp.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately.

Easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients:Shrimp fajitas
  • 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 orange bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 small red onion sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • several turns of freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • lime
  • fresh cilantro for garnish
  • tortillas warmed
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, shrimp, olive oil, salt and pepper, and spices.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Spread shrimp, bell peppers, and onions on a baking sheet.
  6. Cook at 450 degrees for about 8 minutes. Then turn oven to broil and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
  7. Squeeze juice from a fresh lime over fajita mixture and top with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve in warm tortillas.

Sheet Pan Recipes with Chicken

Chicken is likely the most commonly used lean protein for folks trying to “eat healthily”. I’ll be honest I am not a huge chicken fan, but I just recently found a sheet pan recipe from Hello Fresh that I loved.

Hello Fresh Sheet Pan Cheesy Italian ChickenHealthy Sheet Pan Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 1 lemon 
  • 10 oz chicken cutlets 
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning 
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder 
  • 1/2 cup Italian cheese blend
  • 8 oz Broccoli florets 
  • 1 Demi baguette 
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Pat chicken dry and drizzle with olive oil, season with Italian seasoning, then salt and pepper to taste. Place on one half of the sheet pan.
  3. Toss broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper then put on the other side of the pan.
  4. Cut the lemon in half and place on pan face down
  5. Roast chicken, broccoli, and lemon on top rack until chicken is lightly browned (approximately 12 min)
  6. After 12 min, remove the sheet pan and top chicken with Italian cheese, return to top rack for 3-6 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. While everything roasts, stir the garlic powder into a bowl of softened butter, use this to put on a toasted baguette for garlic bread.
  8. Plate and serve. 
  9. Sheet Pan Recipes With Green Beans 

For this next recipe, the green beans are not the focus, but they do make an awesome side dish for some pretty delicious meatloaf. Ok, so maybe it’s more suitable for the sheet pan recipes using ground beef, but I do tend to cook more veggies so here we are. 

Hello Fresh Italian Meatloaves 

Ingredients:
  • 1 shallot 
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 1/4 oz thyme 
  • 1 slice white bread 
  • Beef stock concentrate 
  • 6.75 oz milk 
  • 10 oz ground beef 
  • 12 oz Yukon gold potatoes 
  • 6 oz green beans 
  • 2 TBSP sour cream 
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and move the oven rack to the middle.
  2. Mince shallot and garlic and strip thyme leaves.
  3. In a medium bowl soak bread, stock concentrate, and 3 TBSP of milk. Break mixture up with your hands until pasty.
  4. Add beef, shallot, chopped thyme, half garlic, salt, and pepper to bowl with bread mixture. 
  5. Mix and then form 2, 1-inch tall loaves. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Once loaves have baked about 10 minutes add green beans that have been tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Sheet Pan Recipes with Sweet Potatoes

I love sheet pan recipes that involve sweet potatoes because they can really be used for any mealtime of the day. This first recipe I will share with you is one of my favorite breakfast recipes.

Sheet Pan Sweet Potato Hash with Eggs by TBBBest Sheet Pan Recipes

Ingredients:
  • Parchment paper
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. ground smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt), divided use
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper, divided use
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Line large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Combine sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, bell pepper, beans, corn, oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, ¼ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper in a large bowl; toss gently to blend.
  4. Place sweet potato mixture on the pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. 
  5. Create eight wells in sweet potato mixture. Gently crack an egg into each well. Season eggs with remaining ¼ tsp. salt and remaining ¼ tsp. pepper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until eggs are set.
  6. Garnish with cilantro; serve immediately.

Fixate Loaded Sweet Potato Skins

Ingredients:Healthy Sheet pan recipes
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 slices nitrate-free bacon
  • 5 oz. raw chicken breast, boneless, skinless, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
  • 1 Tbsp. FIXATE Taco Seasoning (see below)
  • 3 cups spinach, chopped
  • Nonstick olive oil cooking spray
  • 6 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 tsp. reduced-fat (2%) sour cream
  • Chopped chives (for garnish; optional)
  • FIXATE Taco Seasoning:
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 2½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2½ tsp. onion powder
  • 2½ tsp. ground sweet smoked paprika
  • 2½ tsp. ground coriander
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until fork-tender. Cool off until sweet potatoes can be handled.
  3. While potatoes are baking, cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until crisp. Place on paper towels to drain. Once cooled, crumble bacon. Set aside.
  4. Add chicken to the same skillet. Season with salt and Taco Seasoning; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Add spinach; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until fully wilted. Set aside.
  6. Slice cooled sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out most of the flesh with a spoon, leaving about ¼-inch of flesh attached to the skin.
  7. Place sweet potato halves, skin-side up, on a baking sheet. Lightly coat with spray. Bake for 15 minutes, or until skins are brown and crisp.
  8. Fill each sweet potato half with ¼ cup of chicken mixture. Top evenly with 1 Tbsp. cheese, and bacon. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish each sweet potato half evenly with 1 tsp. sour cream and chives (if desired); enjoy!
  10. Taco Seasoning: Combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, coriander, and pepper in a small bowl; mix well.
  11. Store Taco Seasoning in an airtight container.
